I find it hard to share , Makes me feel like I'm at some sort of 12 Step Group or a meeting like AA , GA , OA I thinkyou get where I'm coming from. I was a very fit guy most of my life and I started getting into accidents broken leg , many more to long to list but my goal now is to start getting back into shape. I'm 5'10 and around 240lbs divorced but get along with ex wife and kids. I just want to get healthy Mind and Body. So any suggestions or help would be great.

Good information but my problem is that I can not do any high impact exercising due to an accident that left me with a broken leg,back,neck,collar bone etc. the pain is bad but I have lost so much muscle and gained so much fat what can I do to gain back muscle and get rid of my man ****s , love handles and huge butt !!!!!!!
