    This is great. I've tried doing juice fasts before and I couldn't make it to the end of one day, I felt sick and had an aweful headache, but I did nothing to prepare and ate horrible leading up to it. Actually, eating worse before it, thinking I would enjoy junk while I could because after the juice fast, I thought I would be "reset" and not be eating bad stuff. Anyways, I didn't make it. I'm saving this in my favorites for the next time I decide to give it a try :)

    This is such an awesome article! The advice here is all wonderful. It is true that nutritional deficiencies can cause mood disorders, depression. Exercise definitely helps, you can't resist the mood boosting endorphins that follow a good workout...the hardest part is making yourself exercise when you feel depressed. And praying and handing your burdens over for God to worry about can take a load off your shoulders. Volunteering and doing other positive activities with your time keeps you busy doing things that make you feel good. You sure covered it all!

    Unfortunately, I've been there myself. The father of my 2 oldest children almost choked the life out of me in front of the kids.In a severe case GET OUT! There are tons of resourses that he local police can get you to. My 2 kids were only babies. This articles is heartfelt and So important. There are so many women AND men who don't realize that it's happening. There needs to be more knowledge put out there! Thanks for loving us enough to do this!!!! 5*****
