I have shared a love for the arts my whole life, drawing since I was a child, painting for about 4 yrs, and crafting for as long as I can remember. I like to get my hands in anything artistic, and I have spent 4 yrs as a comissioned graphic & visual artist, 3 yrs as Marketing Director for Bohabot Company, and am now creating a line of lovely hair accessories for ladies of all ages. I love being outdoors, hiking, breathing fresh air, and relaxing in nature, but most of all spending time w/family.

How to avoid gaining weight due to job related stress by eating bananas. on 05/09/08

You know what's crazy? Alot of "low carb" diets tell you to avoid bananas because of the high sugar content. I have done so on a couple occasions and found that my legs cramp up. It turns out it's from a lack of potassium. So I've now dismissed the notion of avoiding bananas--I love this piece of advice. Thanks!!
