I just love my landlord! He always asks us how we're doing and if everything is okay with the place. At xmas, he always gives us a gift. Usually chocolate or a bottle of cheap wine but still, it is a nice gesture. I actually found the apartment at http://www.simplerent.com . Hope you find a lanlord as nice as mine!
