I just got out of hospital for toxic thryoid, left unmonitored for 11 months, now on heart med for fast beats, have an infection upper respirtory from cold, taking doxycycl HY TAB 100 mg. I have had staf twice and mono once, I need to get my immune system back up, what is the best way to do and keep it up. Help in Moberly

I just got released from hosptial for toxic thryoid, was left unmonitored for 10 months by bad doctor, I have an infection in my head and chest, taking doxycycl HY 100mg. I need to build up my immune system. I had staf infection at 18 and again at 48, I had mono, and I get sick so easily. What is the best why to build you immune system up and keep it that way?
