by atlhockey on 09/12/08 : Hot water! No way. This is the most sensitive part of a man's body. Even a stream of water can be painful. I just pull the skin back, let lukewarm water gently flow over it and that's it. I do it once a day unless I'm having sex, then I do it again. If for some reason I get a build up I use cold cream to loosen it, then rinse with warm water. As for the odor, look if you have a foreskin, odor is part of the deal.
