: My Bestfreind is just into Nailbiting and no amount of inspirations, motivaions or even medicines is helping her get rid of it.
and well she has got so realy habituated to it dat now she isnt even sure she can leave it or not.
So now not only trying to get a WORKING remedy for her i even have to instill da Confidence in her dat she could realy leave biting nails.
On reading your article i realy found something very interesting which i guess i would use.
Da trick of Beautiful Fingers and
Da trick of Dirty Yuck, Fungus and Bacteria.
im gonna print out some reeely yucky pic of fungus or something and a very very beautiful pic of fingers and i would give her. And Explain.
i hope something determines her (or atleast frightens her)
