Very important. We hope to make money off our first home (it in a prime location) so we can move to a large home off the beaten path.

This is exactly what I need to do. It would help with the joint pain and to lose wieght. I'm going to start counting my glasses of water each day and reward my self when I drink enough for the whole month. It'll be a fun reward with the kids too, they will help me keep on track.
