It is against Wikipedia policy to add links to web pages that you have created (this includes eHow tutorials). Because of this, it is not recommended that you follow this tutorial unless you have a very good reason to do so. Adding a link to your eHow tutorial just for the sake of doing it will probably result in the link being removed from the page and a notice on your user talk page asking you not to do this again.
