Good recipe. I did add a spoon of sour cream and cut back on the lemon juice. makes a smoother and lighter guacamole. Goes wonderfully with Dorito Ranch chips or sunchips as well.

I made a simple guacamole with a little lemon juice, avocado sour cream, onion powder (my kids pick through the sauce otherwise), pepper, tomato, and garlic. I than spiced it up w ranch doritos or sunchips.
