Thank you! I found out that my oven is 75 degrees (!!!) too hot shortly after I moved into this place-and that was almost a year ago! Time to fix it!
Yummy! That's all I have to say.
I found this as well in my search on renting tips, I think it would be great if the two were merged somehow since they are both so useful. Thanks http://benjaminjamesrealestate.wordpress.com/rentals-in-the-nyc-area/new-york-city-apartment-rental-guide/
Or you can now go to http://gotrenter.com. They have a huge online database of renters that you can actually search through and contact. You simply search via zip code and you get a list of people... pretty sweet actually.
Great insight!
Great article. Renting in NYC is very complicated!
I agree with eslesl! Mine is the same way. I could walk through the room naked, and I'd be lucky if he even noticed! And eslesl is so right, the rejection hurts even more when they don't even notice your efforts.
Well if you are really looking for beautiful and luxurious beach house for a wedding party then i must suggest you to go through http://www.MalibuLuxuryBeachHouseforRent.com for weddings. This is a really cool website which offers you a luxury beach house which is specially created for marriage ceremonies and parties.
I don't think some of these would work. Though, the article was a good idea. How about some "quiet time/no tv period" each night?
