remember to take breaks between using creatine. Use it for a month or so then take two weeks off. Then get back on it again and continue that cycle. more »

This is easier said than done :) but something that really helps is to eat peanuts or cashews as a snack. They actually help supress hunger signals to your brain ( I don't know the scientific way of saying it) so if you want to lose weight for example, eat some nuts 30 min before your meal, that way you wont need as big of a portion. more »

Jordan's leaping ability is not something anybody can match, a big part of that is genetics. However, you can drastically increase you vertical leap by training your legs, but reaching "His Airness" status is not something most mortals will be able to do. more »

If it's really hot outside and you're playing barefoot, sprinkle some water over the court so you wont burn your feet, it doesn't have to be a lot, just a little bit makes a huge difference. more »

The Mythbusters did a show on this, except they tried it on themselves instead of a dog, but I think it should work anyways. They found that using tomato juice might work, but the best way was by mixing hydrogen peroxide+baking soda+dish soap. It took care of the smell right away! more »

How do horses get chestnuts? Do they just start growing for some reason or is it similar to when a human gets a cut and then a scab is formed while the wound is healing? Just curious. Thanks! more »
