You also have to pass the NYS test first before a broker sponsors you. After you pass, then the broker can sign the license application under the Sponsoring Broker. The licensing course is now 75 hours whether it's online or in the classroom.

Good ideas. I had a wonderful physical therapist who helped me a lot. Unfortunately she moved from the area.I am really trying to come up with ideas to make sure I work out/or do something regularly. It's really difficult because of the ups and downs of fibro to get it worked in and just part of life.

AS you can see by my avatar, I am very interested in a CKCS. I have been watching dog shows for quite a few years now and listening to everything I can about the breed. It will be my next dog. Thanks for the tips on things to watch for in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

rheezer, your dog may have been abused by a man in the past. Contact the shelter you got him from. They may be able to point you to a trainer that can break him of the habit. There are dog psychologists out there and they may have one they use. Remember, the dog is very confused. he has been moved from one place to another to another.

I have a question my corgi/basset hound was adopted from a kill facility in Kentucky. I am not sure all the hell he has been thru before he met us. But this dog absolutely hates my husband who has never done anything to him. So far the dog has bitten my husband and anytime my husband trys to get close with the dog you can feel the dogs tension and the dog will either run away from my husband or pee where ever he stands. What is this? Do you have any ideas for this situation. My husband has a very stern voice and I think this is what may scare the dog at times but he can't change that about himself. My husband was number one in wanting this dog but now is number one in wanting to get rid of this dog what to do?

I found that when I was able to do strength training exercises my fibro got a little better. Unfortunately we had to move and I had no where for my weight bench. If I can ever afford a gym I will start back again. Until then I use freeweights, but it's not the same.

Thank you very much. I am a Fibro patient and other than swimming I've had a hard time finding things that don't aggravate the condition. I will research the low impact aerobics to find specific movements that may help loosen muscles. Thank you again!

They make wonderful pets. I have a 7-month-old King Charles and love him so much! He's so good -- and they learn very quickly! He still uses the potty in the house, though -- but we're working on that.
