What if the thief reformats the ipod once he gets it back to his criminal hide out in the mountains? Won't that also just erase the itracker program as well, thus rendering the ipod 'clean' and thereby untrackable? Or what if the evil mastermind behind the whole ipod ring doesn't have access to the internets (which Al Gore invented)? Or if he/she/it has a security program running at their criminal base station which alerts them when a program is about to be installed and/or access the internet via their evil server? I'm not so sure about this itracker stuff.
