I am a retired gourmet Chef, who misses my craft alot!!! I was in the culinary field for over 30 years. I retired due to health reasons, had a total right knee replacement and then back surgery. My passion with food was on the artistic side making food look like art. Apples making them look like birds, grapes from butter....etc I made food mirrors for functions at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, for the Indianapolis 500.
