This video marriages the holster and the type of draw is best to use. A holster without knowing the right way of deploying is doing yourself an injustice.
It is so difficult to find straight forward information that is critical to firearm handling.
That's not a safe way to drop the slide on a loaded pistol. Your elbow and wrist should be locked out, away from your body. Did you know that if, when you drop the slide on a pistol with a limp wrist, and the sear were to fail, the gun could go into full-auto mode, and it would be such a surprise that you couldn't regain control of the pistol before it turned up and shot you clean through the face. Yes, I have seen this happen and it is a real danger the way you just dropped that slide. I can't believe the level of incompetence of some of the "experts" up here on Expert Village."
Wow!! I've never seen an "expert" have that much trouble inserting a guiderod & spring back into a handgun slide. Maybe you should get some help from some of the "Experts" up here on Expert Village.
You said you were going to talk about the 9mm Semi Automatic Handgun but the entire video was about the 9mm round. It would appear that you're a lot like all the other "experts" up here on expert village and fail to focus on the subject. You make reaqlly poor instructional videos. Why not leave this material to the real "experts?"
Het notorius, you may think this is an educational video, but don't do what he does or you'll end up blowing your hand off one day. NEVER, EVER, pass your hand in front of the muzzle of a gun. Always go around. It's just good safety practice.
Why on earth would you pass your left hand in front of the muzzle of thsi pistol when you haven't cleared the gun? Isn't this unsafe? For a firearms "Expert" on Expert Village" should you be doing things that are safe instead of this type of thing?
Why is your finger always on the trigger in this video? Aren't you a firearms safety instructor? How can you sit there and teach others about guns when you don't even follow the safety rules yourself?
Do you realize that not a single word in this video describes a Double Action handgun? Every word in this video could be attributed to a Single Action gun as well. Very poor instruction. Also, from 17 seconds to 26 seconds in this video was all "aaaaaahhhhm, errr,," and blank stares, and a "tough trigger pull" Wow, great description of a double action trigger pull.
Excellent videos. One quick point about slighting tilting the weapon is that the aim point will be slightly affected, but probably only noticeable at fairly long range - beyond the range of nearly all gun fights involving pistols.
