Doctors are always quick to recommend cranberry juice but what they fail to mention (or perhaps understand) is that the cranberry juices sold in stores contains almost no cranberry and are very high in High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is very irresponsible for doctors to recommend such poisons to their patients. But I guess Doctors are accustomed to that when they write their Rx's.

Was the introduction every couple of minutes really necessary? I feel like I'm in some kind of strange episode of the Twilight Zone after watching this. The information for the most part was okay but the entire series could have been summed up in less than half the time. I don't mind spending the time but not to insult my intelligence by repeating the same mundane information over and over again.

I commend you, Dr., for making these videos & showing the care that you do. I am a 38 y/o male & I have SEVERE osteoarthritis; in my hips, my back, my knees - every joint & bone in my body hurts. I have not found much that helps. I am on Fentanyl right now & the side effects are unbearable, but, it takes the pain away. I don't know what else to do. You have given me some great ideas to try.
