: You make some very good points. A couple of years ago a lady in our office building(another department)had called in saying that her daughter had died. The manager went to her house with flowers to show her condolences in person, and guess who opened the door. Yup, she was fired on the spot. I don't know what made her say her daughter, because if her child would have really died, I am sure she would have been devastated. Well, I would anyway.
