Ooo, I like the idea of using a squeeze bottle to fill the moulds. Nice and neat. You could also spoon the melted chocolate into a plastic sandwich bag, twist it closed, then snip one of the bottom corners to squeeze out the chocolate neatly. ...Plus, when you are all done, you can slit the bag open and eat what's left over. Not that I would do that myself. ;o)
