Good ideas! I learned early on that the changing table is unnecessary - we end up changing diapers on the bed, on the floor, on the couch... Wipes warmers and other accessories just take up space. Another great baby article :o)

Breastfeeding and walking are my secret weapons against baby fat. It is important for a new mom to realize, though, that her body has likely changed shape permanently, and when she gets down to her previous weight she will still have a more womanly shape than before. Not a bad thing ;o) Great article!
I have enjoyed my pregnancies (except for the nausea) and have never been overly self-conscious about the baby weight, mostly because of my husband's sweet attitude about my post-baby body. A little unconditional love goes a looong way. :o)

This is all good, sound advice. Of course, ginseng should be taken in moderation, "Mastery". You wouldn't drink eight Gallons of water every day, either.
