As far as step 6 goes...I always find it best to use lemon meringue pie as it's somewhat poetic. A sour/tart filling and an airy topping.

These tips are pretty good! I used tips 1,4,5 and 7 with an annoying co-worker, only problem is now she wants to be my best friend!
