: This is probably one of the worst diet plans EVER! No one can live off of that little of calories a day. Yeah your body may get used to eating like that but this is what we like to call and eating disorder. If you dip below your calorie needs your body will start burning your muscle mass instead of fat because it thinks it's starving and so stores every thing it can as fat. You will lose weight with this but you will not be healthy. On top of not getting enough calories you will also not be getting enough of the vitamins and minerals your body needs to operate. If you want to end up with a serious eating disorder and spend every day tired and hungry then this is the diet for you, if not then you should stick to a calorie at least 1,200-1,500 for a woman and more for men and exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
