Sounds like this was written from a knowledgable perspective. One suggestion though, when talking to the person about the problems...try to keep personal attacks out of the discussion if possible...make the comments about the job, not the boss.

Good article. It gives you a look at the complexity of driving in the UK. My only suggestion might be your actual opinion of whether or not someone would be better of driving in the UK if they are just there on a vacation.
