I've used mantras before, but I hadn't thought of making a series! 5* idea!
What is the appropriate time frame for each seated or standing drill? Or any drill, what is the maximum minutes you recommend a person sits or stands in any particular drill?
You got the formula right; however, you did not apply it correctly. You stated to subtract the first number (16) from the second number (12). This is 12 – 16, which equal -4. -4 divided by 16 = -.25. You’re confusing the reader by assuming they understand you reversed the numbers 16 and 12. The negative sign tells the person that there was a decrease, not an increase.
Thank you very much for your advice.
Thanks for the pointers. This will certainly help me next week when I will be one of the journalist on the Nigerian Entertainment Awards red carpet in NY.
Interesting - I've never been able to do this! Thanks.

hi
I found it a lot easier NOT to look into the mirror when braiding my hair. Actually, I cannot do it when looking into the mirror. It must be done by feel. What can also help is have someone else braid it a few times for you so that you can tell by feel. My roommates and I used to do each other's hair in college and that is where I learned.
haha i used to love playing photo hunt at this bar beer goggles back home, brings back some memories
