My pleasure nethopperz, glad I could be of service. Good luck!
I would suggest not trying to eat anything at all as everything that apsses through your system while the virus is in your stomach will subject you to cramps and a swift exit either from upstairs or downstairs. Eat only when your stomach is entirely empty and you haven't vomited or been to the bathroom unpleasantly for about a day. Then start with bio-yogurt and have dry toast eventually working your way up to rice and broth. Acidophillus is a very good supplement to take to help rebalance your stomach bacteria. And yes, this is caught by fecal - oral contact. Which is pretty gross. So make sure you wash your hands regularly.
Also read Blink by Malcom Gladwell as it related a great to deal to how the mind functions, particularly under stress and is a very interesting read.
And don't forget to stop when you're full. Simple but easily forgotten.
hmmm, there is an awful lot more to 'football' than this. For example it is also a foul and then a free kick if you tackle someone studs up or if you tackle them from behind or if you go for the ball but get the person and not the ball. Additionally you have missed out the all important offside rule where there have to be two defends before the last forward and the goal when the ball is kicked. Sound complicated? It is but once you've cracked that you can consider yourself an expert!
I've had people take cell phone calls in the movie theatre... amazing!
modern rhyming slang: Britney = beers (Britney Spears) Mandela = stella artois (Nelson Mandela) Two and Eight = a bit of a state Sherbert = cab or taxi (sherbert dib dab - a popular sweet in the 80s) Plus loads of others
