You are certainly right that often people get carried away with gift buying. Putting thought, time, and effort into making something that you for someone in your family is very satisfying and will be more appreciated than a hastily purchased expensive gift. Really good article!

I agree. I know some people that use a credit card to buy gifts for everyone and pay on it for the rest of the year. It doesn't have to be that way. Your friends and family will still love you if you don't go in dept for them. Great idea and great article. Thanks.
