I am the Manager of a Motel that used to allow both dogs and cats. We ended up banning cats because several times the owners of a few cats let them "spray" as they pleased and for some reason the cats were fond of either "spraying" or urinating in the heaters. This is not fixable. And I don't know why, but, cat urine is soooo strong and its very hard to get the smell out of the carpet. (unless that odor I think is urine is "spray" too, which, either way...it is a very strong odor) Probably if we had responsible owners, we wouldn't have had to ban the cats, but, as usual, the bad owners spoil things for the good ones!
Good tips, very helpful information. 5 stars - thanks!
