so what happens with the grilling sauce? Do you continuously baste the lobster as it's grilling? Also...I assume you leave the lime / salt / pepper mixture out in room temperature? Otherwise, I think the butter would make a mess of the grilling sauce as you mix it in.
just ask them if they have change for a hundered...if they say no, then say 'sorry'...if they say yes, then tell them they obviously don't need it as bad as they're making you believe. Works every time.
