Am I the only seeing something seroiusly wrong here? How did tipping go from "tip when service is done extra well" to "tip or you won't get any service"? I'm over tipping. No more tip from me. Increase your prices if you will, but don't expect me to be a mind reader and remember all the various tipping etiquettes.
