by CCrock on 01/12/08 : Great advice! All of these things do work! And dancing really silly for your baby is a fun way to get a good cardio workout! But patience is key...it took 9 months to put on the weight, allow your body at least 9 months to lose it all. If you can lose it before then, good for you, but don't beat yourself up if you don't. We're not celebrities! We don't need to have washboard abs 2 months post partum! ... more »   respond »

by sashasweder on 06/20/08 : OMG! Breastfeed! I swear, in the first month I lost 30 lbs! Then 10 lbs a month! I showed up to my first appt 110 and when I got to the hospital I was 170!!! I am now back down to 110 and its only been 6 months! I can almost bet this isn't going to work the same next time. Great tips, tho! ... more »   respond »
