Followup is the key...no matter how intimidating it seems! Thanks, good tips!

Just keep writing! What you want to do is start to dig. In order to begin digging to essentially 'get to your inner thoughts' you have to move alot of 'dirt' out of the way. You will NOT run out of ideas. You will begin to get to what you really want to say...at some point. Be patient! I used to think that everything I wrote had to reflect that I WAS a genius or worthy of being a writer. It does not work like that! There is a book called' The Artists Way' that recommends writing, just get up early in the morning before you have time to censor yourself and write WHATEVER comes into your head, whether it makes sense to you or not. Do that for a month. DO NOT edit, censor, correct or change anything you write...just write it! Allow yourself to evolve. After you get the 'junk' out of the way, you will see that you have plenty of ideas and thoughts to develop! Good Luck!
