: What a dissapointment. I was hoping to find an article about farting, eating in cars, who gets to sit in the front seat, etc. You know, Road Rip Etiquette. Instead I learned how to make other drivers mad (blinding them with my mirrors when they do it to me first), don't eat quik-mart food, don't tailgate, and be nice to people who do...basically good everyday driving advice, but not any roat trip specific nuggets of wisdom.

: AAA Premium membership is well worth the price. The added towing services, the hotel stays for free that are sometimes possible, and the free rental car are all perks. Stock up on some basic non-perishable foods purchased at a discount market before you start your trip. Thanks for the great article!
