Hello! I joined this site primarily for recipes amongst people who vary in skill, and won't laugh at me when I ask a dumb question:) I'm not new to cooking, but there is A LOT of stuff I still need to learn. I'm a "newbie" and wouldn't even know where to start by making something from scratch. I would like to learn the tricks of the trade and awesome family recipes to share with my friends and family. That's funny. After reading some recipes on here earlier I was asking myself the same question as to how to accomplish the seperation of the yolk and egg white without a mess. Thank you!

I actually reward myself with a candybar or a piece of cheesecake- weekly- as a matter of fact. Reason being is because I have a "cheat day" which is where I will eat whatever I want, in moderation, of course. Some are against this simply because you can't being a quitter of smoking, and still smoke a cigarette on the weekends. However, when you diet, your body becomes accustomed to your newly developed way of eating- diminishing your cravings, sweet tooths, and bread craze. So on your cheat day when you devour something that you ordinarily don't eat, it gives your metabolism a surprise rejuvination-a quick start, if you will- which then sends your metabolism into a type of panic mode where it starts working overtime in attempt to burn that unfamiliar food out of your body.
