: "90% of the time an interviewer will give you a job offer right on the spot." Yes this may be true for a fast food job. But for a management or professional job it could takes weeks to months for them to decide. Do NOT count on an offer "on the spot." They will still need to check professional references, bring you in for a second, third or even forth interview, have a meeting about you, etc. Poor advice.
