If you are planning to come to Mexico city, always carry an umbrella, climate changes are getting more unpredictable, and it's OK to wear shorts, specially if you come from a colder climate, Mexico city will seem like a oven, but you'll get used to it....

If you're going to enter Mexico's city limits, watch out for strict enviormental enforcements..... There is a different day for driving prohibitions, depending on the last NUMBER on your plate......
Monday= 5 and 6
Tuesday= 7 and 8
Wendsday= 3 and 4
Thursday= 1 and 2
Friday= 9 and 0
This only applies IF and Only if your vehicle is ten or more years old.
Only on special ocation when there is a enviormental alert, is when ALL outside vehicles including foregin vehicles are not allowed inside the city....
