The above comments are indicative of the new generation and their self centered lack of respect for others; their own wishes and demands being paramount. "To hell with you," their mantra, is just another way of expressing their needs come first. Get the inlaws told off. Mind you, this means HIS parents, not hers.
She can hang around with her parents for eons, hell, she can bring them to dinner every night. It's okay! They are HER parents!!
Now, HIS parents can just go to hell. They are expected to give up any kind of relationship with their son the moment he gets married. Not so for HER parents.
Where is this called FAIR? A man is to leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife, okey, this Bible verse is clung to by the new wife today, even if she is an Atheist. This verse, she can live with and love!

uh huh...Mothers in law are just to shut the hell up, aren't they? We're supposed to jump in the van while you take us off to sit on the iceburg and die.
When you have a son, God help you, you get back on this site when a young woman comes into your life and not only purposely twists everything you say or do but does everything in her power to push you out of your son's life. All for her own amusement.
You will be surprised when you meet her. She won't like you one bit. I don't care if you stand on your eyelashes. You will lose your son. Don't have one. That's my recommendation to you. You will love that son just as much as you do your daughter and only want to be a part of his life. The difference is that you will have to give him up....forever. Not fair! All because a little two bit hag is jealous of your son's love for you. Good luck.
