: Thanks for the information! I always slip out of my shoes at the start of a flight and have never really understood why they are so darn hard to get back into! Good to know that by drinking water & avoiding salt, caffeine & alchohol, I actually CAN fly without swelling!

: This is great, especially for women. I don't think people realize how bloated you can really get. I've traveled quite extensively with my job and finally learned that I can't take my shoes off at all (no matter how long the flight) so my feet don't swell.
