My background is anthropology and while my main focus of study and research was in paleoprimatology, I also worked some summers doing archaeology. I guess I like to play in the dirt and look for treasure. Now that my husband and I are selling rare, out of print and used books, I am spending less time digging in the ground, but more time digging in basements, and still finding treasures (books!). Until recently I have authored a monthly column in two British publications.
