Chai is my new favorite! Throw handfulls of cloves sticks of cinnamon grated knobs of ginger and nutmeg into a saucepan of hot water with black tea leaves. Bring to a boil then simmer to draw out all the flavor. Stir in healthy (tongue is in cheek) quanities of sugar and full cream milk (or goat's milk if you want to be really authentic!). Stir till sugar dissolves, run a straining spoon through to remove the beautiful spices. Put the spices into your compost but not your worm farm as it would be a bit to zingy for them. Whisk the milk. Pour this beautiful frothy deliciousness into your giant mugs for you and your friends and family and enjoy!!! Namaste!
