WRITE! Start a journal. I work full time on an ambulance so there are some stressful days. I get my journal out and write. I pour out how I feel and what I think. By the time I'm finished, the stress is easing up. All the things you wish you could say to your boss or significant other, but can't... write them in your journal. It gets it off of your chest and gives your mind an outlet so the thoughts don't continually swim around up in there driving you crazy!!!
