First, the term "authentic" is abusive. I have a son at a first-rate, faith-filled Catholic university (St. John's in Minnesota) that is providing him with "authentic" Catholicism. As a Melkite Catholic, it is unique that a place like St. John's offers him liturgy and support by a bi-ritual Benedictine priest. Add to this a wonderfully supportive male-centered residence life (no co-ed dorms or "floor" differences - as if this matters). The colleges listed above as well as the Cardinal Newman Society have embraced a political world-view of the right-wing (not "conservative" as they would portray themselves); a pre-Vatican II understanding of ecclesiology and a misunderstanding of the social, religious, and educational development of young adults. Avoid the place like the bubonic plague - UNLESS you consider yourself a Republican, conservative Roman Catholic who desires your child to feel pressured to not question their faith or ask tough questions - then use reason and faith to answer them. Look at the many other Catholic colleges and universities.
