I can't take this article seriously, however it is good for a laugh. I'm on line a lot. It's a key part of how I earn a living, but I much prefer time spent sailing, hiking, reading or playing tennis. more »

Better yet, dump the white bread entirely. It's the most useless food known to man, about as nutritious as cardboard with more calories. Most French fries are prepared in trans fat which both lowers your good cholesterol and increases your bad. Twice a week is too much. I go only in an emergency and eat a hamburger patty on a plate with a lettuce leaf and tomato slice if I have to. For more about how I lost 20lbs in six weeks go to Anti-AgingDiary.com more »

No other exercise works every muscle in the body, building strength, aerobic capacity and flexibility. Even a swim of a modest distance of a ¼ of a mile can provide a good workout. I’m writing as a former lifeguard, who lives at Venice Beach, now training for my second ocean triathlon. more »
