by Pixie1976 on 07/07/08 : I see a lot of group play in the neighborhoods I've lived in, but yes children are discouraged from playing in larger groups of more than a a handful of kids. This has to do with gang violence and also with parents not watching their kids. If adults are supervising I see nothing wrong with large groups of kids. ... more »   respond »

by AngelBean on 06/19/08 : Hello Faryad, you need to go to Target or Walmart Stores and purchase a mini-stepper machine for under $60.00 that should slim the thighs. Home excercises that you can do are squats, lunges, plies, front kicks, back kicks, roundhouse kicks, side lying leg lifts, side lunges, bridges from yoga, pyramid pose from yoga, and wall squats. Check exercise books for the proper way to start and end these exercises if you do not already know how to do the exercises. ... more »   respond »
