Black dance clubs in Atlanta are located primarily in the city's downtown area. These clubs cater to everyone from black professionals to party animals alike. Nevertheless, each and every black dance club in Atlanta has one thing in common: dancing!

Lava Lounge

The Lava Lounge is an urban night club, catering to adults 21 and older. The club contains three levels of diverse entertainment. The Lava Lounge's dance floor is situated on the club's lower level where clubgoers dance the night away to the latest hip-hop, funk and house music the record industry has to offer. When guests feel the need to rest between songs, they can relax at one the club's five bars and sample martinis.

The Leopard Lounge

At the Leopard Lounge, patrons dance to the tunes of hip hop, jazz and retro music from the 1980s. The lounge entertains a diverse crowd of adults who are at least 21 years of age. Located in Atlanta's midtown area, the Leopard lounge has two bars that issue free drinks to women between the hours of 9 p.m. and 12 a.m.

Primal Atlanta

Primal Atlanta is equipped with a huge dance floor, disc jockeys and a large stage for live performances by up-and-coming artists. Past performances, from such hip-hop artists as Ludacris, Jermaine Dupree and Nelly, have made Primal Atlanta the premiere night club for dancing to live entertainment. With five bars in different areas of the club, there is plenty of space at the bar.
