Oakwood Homes was acquired by Clayton Homes, a producer of manufactured homes since 1934, in 2003. Clayton has continued to use the name "Oakwood" for the manufactured homes produced by the formerly independent company, with dealerships operating under the Oakwood name. Oakwood offers different floor plans with specifications for the potential purchaser, with upgrade opportunities available.
The Oakwood Keystone model measures 76 feet by 28 feet and contains 2,128 square feet. Another model, the Vintage 2307, measures 60 feet by 28 feet and contains 1,600 square feet.
