The Honda Sportrax 250EX is a sport style all-terrain vehicle (ATV) designed for recreational motor enthusiasts of any skill level. An automatic clutch and maintenance-free shaft drive combined with a powerful engine and high performance suspension make the Sportrax 250EX an attractive choice for both veterans and entry-level users alike.

Engine

The Sportrax 250EX has a 229 cc air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine that is mounted longitudinally so that direct drive-shaft alignment to the back wheels permits a more efficient power transfer. The engine also features a 2.7-inch bore, 2.45-inch stroke, 0.87-inch piston valve, and electric starter.

Transmission

The five-speed transmission on the Sportrax 250EX features sport riding gear ratios, reverse, and an automatic clutch to make shifting more accessible to beginner riders.
