The Mazda B2200 is a two-door pickup truck. It was released with an MSRP between $8,775 and $10,585. It ran from 1982 to 1991 with 12 different trim options, before being replaced with the B3000 and B4000 series. The truck seats two to four individuals and gets between 18 and 20 miles per gallon on the highway and 21 and 25 mpg on the highway.

Engine and Transmission

The engines available are the 2.2 L, 85 horsepower I4 with 118 ft-lb of torque and 2.6 L, 121 hp I4 with 149 ft-lb of torque. It also includes a four-speed automatic overdrive transmission on some models and five-speed manual overdrive transmission on others.

Suspension

The brakes on the front are discs while the rear has drum brakes. The front tires measure P205/75PRI4.0. It includes a front anti-roll bar.

Seating

The front seat is a bench model and has two-way driver and passenger seat directional controls. The seat trims can be either vinyl or cloth. The carpet is color-keyed to the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Both the front and rear are carpeted.

Convenience

The B2200 has a passenger vanity mirror. It also includes an AM/FM stereo with cassette player and manual front air conditioning. The instrument display is digital. The sliding rear window opens and the windows are lightly tinted.

Dimensions

The B2200 has an exterior length of either 177.6 or 193.7 inches, depending on the cab options. It is 65.7 inches wide and 61.8 inches high. The wheelbase varies from 109 to 118 inches.
