Kawasaki 360 Prairie Service Information

Kawasaki's mid-size sport utility quad, the Prairie 360, needs regular servicing for optimum performance. The company includes specific information in the quad's manual regarding maintenance and parts to guide owners through the servicing process.
Frequency
You should change the engine oil and filter every 90 days or 100 miles. Also inspect and adjust the spark plugs at this same interval. Additionally, you should inspect brake fluid every month and replace it every year. The Prairie 360 owner's manual includes a comprehensive chart detailing these intervals and others in the "Maintenance and Adjustment" section.
Fuels and Fluids
Use only specific fuels and fluids when servicing the Prairie 360. The quad takes unleaded gasoline. Kawasaki recommends fuel with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Additionally, use only SAE 10W-40 engine oil and Mobil Fluid 424 or Exxon Hydraulic 560 final gear case oil. Finally, the Prairie 360 takes DOT-4 heavy-duty brake fluid.
Parts
The Prairie 360 uses NGK DPR8EA-9 spark plugs with a gap of 0.031 to 0.035 inches. Other commonly serviced parts include AT25 x 8-12 size tires up front, AT25 x 10-12 tires in the rear, a 30 amp main fuse and a 12 volt, 14 ampere-hour battery.
