Casualty insurance often involves real estate.

Casualty insurance is an area of the insurance industry that deals specifically in cases of neglect by one party causing a negative externality for another party. An example could be the financial loss or possible serious injury to an individual through ownership of a motorbike that wasn't fully fault tested by manufacturers. Those who practice insurance often must deal in cases involving immovable property, or real estate.
