Kiss The Ceiling
This exercise may feel strange at first, but if you remain faithful in performing this exercise only 5 times everyday you will begin to see results. Begin by sitting on your couch and with your lips together in a relaxed position. Slowly lean your neck back until your face looks up at the ceiling. Draw together your lips into the kissing position and hold for 5 seconds. After holding for 5 seconds, soften your lips and return them to the initial relaxed position. Lift your head back to the upright position.
In the case of this exercise, sticking out your tongue sidesteps elementary school and becomes an age-defying, daily activity. Sit upright in a comfortable chair and relax your lips. Lean your neck back until your lips are parallel to the ceiling. Open your mouth and try to stretch your tongue to your chin. Remain in this position for 5 seconds and then draw your tongue back into your mouth. Lift your head back to the upright position and repeat this exercise 5 times.
Chin To Chest
Try to avoid falling asleep while performing this relaxing neck exercise. Lay down on your bed with your head dangled over the rim of your mattress. Force yourself to drain all the stress from your face and lips and keep your muscles relaxed. Lift your lower lip up over your upper lip as far as you can stretch. Keep this position for 5 seconds and then return your lips to the initial relaxed position. Perform this stretch for 10 repetitions each day.
